Out of an abundance of caution, Cedar High School is being evacuated due to a gas leak outside the building. While students are no longer in school, athletes and other students at the school are being asked to evacuate to their vehicles until the building is cleared for occupancy. Visiting teams will shelter in their buses.

Parents and Students,
We are off to a great start at CHS, and we truly appreciate your support with our cell phone policy, attendance, and XLT.
Our school activities are in full swing, and we encourage your student to get involved in a club or sport to help make their high school experience the best it can be.
School Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:50 AM – 2:45 PM
Friday: 7:50 AM – 12:05 PM
Once we begin tagging for XLT, students may be excused early if they are not tagged. Please note that all students are tagged on Mondays and during the first week of each new term.
We ask that you encourage your student to remain in their XLT class to complete homework or receive extra help—even on days they are not tagged. This time is intentionally built into the schedule to provide students with academic support and remediation opportunities.
Thank you for your continued partnership in supporting student success.
